MHG Systems´ MHG Bioenergy ERP –Service had a great success in IT-Company  Logica´s  Global Innovation Venture Partner final competition in Stockholm last week.  MHG´s service concept was ranked top ten from 650 global innovation proposals.

Swedish IT-Company Eurostep with its innovative PLM solution for life cycle management was the winner of Logica´s Global Innovation Venture Partner (GIVP) Programme´s Final Competition in Stockholm. “For us a concrete cooperation with Logica, a leading business and technology service company, is more important than the 1st prize in the contest “ states managing director Seppo Huurinainen of MHG Systems. Never earlier in Logica´s history a small company like MHG has accomplished similar score. This is an excellent proof that MHG´s concept is now highly valued.

With MHG Systems’ Bioenergy ERP Service, the energy utilities and fuel suppliers get accurate information about the quality, quantity, energy content and origin of the feedstock. The operators in the supply chains of wood chips, short rotation forestry, pellets and biocoal are able to control different activities like expenses and profit phase by phase. EU-legislation requires that member states increase biomass usage in power and heat production. In the near future biomass is  more in need, in particular, in power generation in East-Europe, the USA and China for instance.
